By using wokspec.org or engaging WokSpec for services, you agree to these terms.
Services
WokSpec provides web design, development, and related digital services. Scope, deliverables, and pricing are agreed per project before work begins.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work produced for them. WokSpec retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Open source projects are licensed under their respective licenses (typically MIT). Site content and design are © WokSpec.
Payment
Project terms, payment schedules, and refund policies are defined in individual project agreements. General inquiries: support@wokspec.org.
Limitation of liability
WokSpec is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services or tools for illegal activity, spam, abuse, or anything that violates applicable laws.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
